Punpun is the ordering and restaurant-management service behind this app: diners order and pay at a restaurant's tables, and restaurant staff run the floor, kitchen and till with it. This notice says what personal data Punpun keeps, why, for how long, who else handles it, and how to use your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
From diners: the name you give; your email address if you sign up with one; the account identifier Google, Apple or LINE gives us if you sign in with them; the restaurants you visited and saved; the reviews you write; your orders and bills; and a push-notification token for your device if you allow notifications. We never receive card numbers: payments are made through your bank's app or in person.
From restaurant staff: name, photo if you add one, email, the Google, Apple or LINE identifier you sign in with, the restaurants and roles you hold, the times you clock in and out and take breaks, and a record of what you do in the system (for example who settled a bill).
Every account also leaves technical records: sign-in times, device type and app version, and error reports.

Where data leaves Thailand, it goes only to providers bound by contract to protect it, as the PDPA requires for cross-border transfers.
You may ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. You can delete your account yourself at any time: in the Punpun app, open Me (diners) or Settings (staff) and choose Delete my account. That deletes your name, email, sign-in links, saved places and visit history at once and signs you out everywhere. Reviews stay, shown as "Deleted user", and bills stay with the restaurant for the tax period without your name.
For anything else, email privacy@punpun.cc. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
We will post changes here with a new effective date, and tell account holders by email about any change that affects what we collect or how long we keep it.

ข้อมูลที่ส่งออกนอกประเทศไทยจะส่งให้เฉพาะผู้ให้บริการที่มีสัญญาผูกพันให้คุ้มครองข้อมูล ตามที่ PDPA กำหนด
คุณขอดูข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ คัดค้านการใช้ หรือขอรับข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่นำไปใช้ต่อได้ คุณลบบัญชีเองได้ทุกเมื่อ ในแอปปันปัน เปิด ฉัน (ผู้รับประทาน) หรือ ตั้งค่า (พนักงาน) แล้วเลือก ลบบัญชีของฉัน ระบบจะลบชื่อ อีเมล การเชื่อมต่อเข้าสู่ระบบ ร้านที่บันทึกไว้ และประวัติการเข้าร้านทันที และออกจากระบบในทุกอุปกรณ์ รีวิวยังคงอยู่โดยแสดงเป็น "ผู้ใช้ที่ถูกลบ" และบิลยังคงอยู่กับร้านตามระยะเวลาภาษีโดยไม่มีชื่อของคุณ
