Punpun runs the orders, bills and cash of restaurants. This page says how we protect them.
Your data stays yours, and is stored in Thailand. Restaurant data is stored in Huawei Cloud's Bangkok region; the few services that receive limited data abroad are listed in our subprocessor list. We use it only to run the service, never sell it, and never use it for advertising. Our staff open a restaurant's data only when the restaurant asks, or to handle a security incident.
Encrypted everywhere. Every connection uses TLS, and browsers are told to use nothing else. Disks are encrypted, and backups are encrypted before they leave the server and kept 14 days in write-once (immutable) storage.
Restaurants are kept apart. Every request is checked against who is asking, which restaurant and which outlet, before anything runs. Payment credentials sit in a separate secret vault, one outlet at a time.
Records you can trust. Prices are worked out on our servers, never taken from a device. Money is counted in whole satang. Every change to a price, tax rate or payment setting, and every security event, is written to an append-only audit log. Each day's report is checked against its bills.
Strong sign-in. Staff sign in with Google, Apple, LINE or a verified email. Our own administrators must use a passkey. Every account we hold to run the service has two-factor sign-in.
Careful changes. Every change passes automated tests and vulnerability scans before it ships. Critical fixes ship within 7 days.
When something goes wrong. We have a written incident plan. If a breach affects your data, we tell you within 48 hours of finding it, so you can meet your own 72-hour duty under the PDPA.
When you leave. Your restaurant can come back for 90 days. Then its data is deleted, except the bills tax law requires us to keep for 7 years from the end of their business year, with diners' personal data removed. You can have a certificate of what was deleted.

เมื่อเกิดปัญหา เรามีแผนรับมือเหตุการณ์เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร หากการละเมิดข้อมูลกระทบข้อมูลของท่าน เราจะแจ้งท่านภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงนับจากที่พบ เพื่อให้ท่านปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ของท่านภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงตาม พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้
เมื่อท่านเลิกใช้บริการ ร้านของท่านกลับมาใช้บริการได้ภายใน 90 วัน หลังจากนั้นข้อมูลจะถูกลบ ยกเว้นบิลที่กฎหมายภาษีกำหนดให้เราเก็บไว้ 7 ปีนับจากสิ้นปีบัญชีของบิลนั้น โดยลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าออกแล้ว ท่านขอหนังสือรับรองรายการข้อมูลที่ถูกลบได้
